Matt and Elizabeth

Matt and Beth know how to have a good time. I travelled to Coldwater, Ohio for their wedding at the end of July and had a great time with them. Matt is quite a character, and has a face or expression for every moment of the day.

Both of them were all smiles and were able to enjoy some quality time with their closest friends. A break between the ceremony and reception allowed for them to take a bus of their friends to a bar on the lake and have some drinks and relax. An old timer on a Harley tried to give Beth a ride to the bar from the bus. She would have to go side saddle, and this one had drudge report written all over it. Thankfully she declined because none of us had faith in his equilibrium.

Another scorcher in Ohio, but I feel I am starting to get used to my shirts sticking to me all day…

I was a little worried at first, but upon picking it up realized it ...

Brendan and Sara – Pittsburgh
This was an amazing wedding. There are many 'types' of weddings, and if you were to tell me I could only shoot one type of wedding for the rest of my photography life, I would definitely say Sara and Brendan's type. From an amazing church on Pitt's campus (Heinz Memorial Chapel), to the the low-key reception at a local bed and breakfast (Morning Glory Inn), this day was filled with lots of fun and a very relaxed group of people. When the bride and groom were pronounced, the bridal party started waving Steeler's terrible towels. The locations I had to work with were all great. The Mellon Institute was just a block from the church and provide ...
