Andrea + JJ

I am officially dubbing this ‘The Ray Ban Wedding’

Any time you have a wedding in November in Ohio you are pushing your luck. Someone must be on someone’s good side because we had an absolutely beautiful day. The ceremony was earlier in the day so we had a nice little chunk of time to get some photos before the reception. Add to that the fact they didn’t have a wedding party and even more time can be spent getting some great portraits.

While Andrea was getting ready one of her friends accidentally knocked one of my cameras off of a chair and it landed right on the lens. I was a little worried at first, but upon picking it up realized it was fine. However, it was not fine. Something was thrown off… and I am happy it was. I got this amazing flare in a lot of my images thanks to that little mishap!

Love the way the images turned out, and I am sure you will enjoy them too!

Awesome day. Super cool couple. My job is easy... shoot what you see. Pat and Lindsey were married at Columbus Museum of Art and it was a perfect setting. The immediate surroundings gave us plenty of photo opps. Their reception was downtown at the Columbus Athenaeum and we had time to get photos of the group around the block. Really cool! Shot a lot of film at this wedding at their request and absolutely love the color I got from it. Shooting a medium format film camera just takes the photos to a whole new level!
