Nashville Wedding Video | Country Music Hall of Fame | Lauren + Ryan

Rarely do you meet a couple that has such an impact on you. From the moment I met Ryan and Lauren, I knew they were truly special souls. I knew that this Nashville wedding video would turn out really well. During his interview, Ryan said quite possibly the nicest things about Lauren that I have ever heard. Any girl would die to have their boyfriend or husband say these things about them; and yet if they did, it would still seem forced. However, when Ryan talks like this, he means it, and you know he means it. It’s genuine. Lauren has a huge heart and her love for Ryan is as clear as day. You will also quickly learn of Lauren’s love for Jesus. You soon realize that she lives this life of love day in and day out. I am honored to have had the chance to meet both of them and share in their wedding day. I love how the film turned out. You will laugh at the story telling how they met, and cry when you hear them talk about each other.

It was a cold, windy day in Nashville.  They braved the cold to do their first look at a park just south of the city.  Following this we headed to Scarritt Bennett Center, which is located on Vanderbilt’s campus.  Wightman Chapel is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for their very emotional ceremony. Ryan couldn’t hold it together as Lauren finally came down the aisle. You can see her mouth ‘I love you’ as she is walking towards him. Ryan was a wreck… so sweet to see!

Following the ceremony we went to the reception, which was held at the Country Music Hall of Fame, located in the heart of Nashville.   They were in an amazing space on the top floor with huge windows looking out on the city of Nashville. They had a custom chandelier made with crystals cascading down from its box shape.  Those same crystals trickled down behind the band as they entertained all the guests. They caught the light just right and sparkled in the background as people danced and enjoyed their evening.

I later found out that after everyone had left, Lauren and Ryan gathered all the flowers into the center of the dance floor and sat among them, sharing their first moment in privacy as husband and wife.

Myles and Jennifer – Wedding Film
Jennifer is all laughs, and it is hard to be in the same room with her without smiling. She just has that affect on you. Myles is a stand up guy and I knew the minute I met him that he was classy and well spoken gentleman. The day could not have been much better for this wedding. The wedding took place in my hometown of Delaware, with the reception taking place at Delaware's pride and joy (sorry Rutherford B. Hayes)... the Little Brown Jug. I had no wedding videos in 2011, so I was a bit rusty. I forgot how heavy all the equipment was, and how much harder it was to go from point A to point B. In the end I feel this is my best wedding video ...

Brandi + Josh
Had so much fun with these two! As you will soon see... their whole group was an absolute blast to hang out with. After the ceremony we headed to 'The Shoe' for some shots and after that they took a little break at a long standing popular bar at OSU, the Varsity Club, to get a drink and have a few nice toasts. The reception at the Columbus Athenaeum was beautiful. The toasts were really moving on one hand, and hilarious on the other... thanks to Josh's brothers raking him over the coals. Looking forward to seeing what these two do in the future! Congratulations! Songs: The Album Leaf: 'The Light' itunes.apple.com/us/album/the-light/id18 ...

Rachel + Ryan – Apostle Islands, WI
In July I travelled up to Lake Superior to be a part of a most extraordinary wedding. I was with Ryan and Rachel for 4 days and got to know them pretty well. Ryan is an experienced Captain and Rachel is a jack of all trades. They have tons of passion, and know what their goals are. I don't see anything stopping these two and can't wait to see what they do together! Rachel actually surprised Ryan the morning of the wedding with a boat that she built for him by hand! By far the best gift I have ever seen given on a wedding day. Maybe ever! The time and work that went into it, along with all the logistics to get it to the wedding site unseen, ...
